  Walgreens in general is a very poor organization. The Mound pharmacy is always understaffed. Buzz the button in drive thru or you will never get service. They rarely carry any drugs to fill your prescriptions. You will be told they can only fill a few days until they get stock in to fill the rest or just plain do not have them. Then when you come back, the pharmacy manager tells you, your prescription was already received in full! Seriously! They have no verifiable control over partial fills and remainder fills for 30-60-90 days. The State of Minnesota really needs to get involved with the corrupt or incompetent operations of Walgreens pharmacy. If pills are carefully counted, I would expect the State of MN to find employee theft occurring. Yes, it's that insane. I switched my family to the Spring Park Pharmacy located next to Ridgeview Westonka Clinic. They even deliver! No comparison. Try them if you get the chance.

  A young girl in her 20s at the most was making out with a young guy throughout the store. The guy was recently at the Caribou down the street wandering around inside of there, went into the bathroom, came out and sat in there for a half an hour and never bought anything. He looked high as hell. Now he's making out in the Mound Walgreenswith this girl and he's looking obviously stoned and reeks of strong BO and like he messed in his pants. I was trying to shop but I got fed up with their antics and commented: "Jeez man, get a room". When I got to the register the cashier was the very chick that was making out with the stoned guy throughout the store!!! She proceeded to flip out and yell and swear at me - unprovoked. Another cashier was right there and didn't say or do a thing. My boyfriend had an issue at the same Walgreens two years ago when a cashier attempted to shortchange him and lie about it. The manager reviewed the cameras and admitted the cashier lied and pocked his money. Real classy, honest staff. I wouldn't be surprised if people's prescriptions were tampered with. Some of the staff is nice but it's rare when you encounter them. Most of the time I've encountered lazy, unprofessional behavior that seems to be the norm. Then the Pharmacy...oh my God. Just as bad. No...just no. They switched some of my meds to generic when the prescription was clearly marked "Dispense as Prescribed". Yes, there really IS a difference vs. generics. Don't mess with my transplant meds people!! Needless to say I transferred my prescriptions to another and now I have to drive out of my way to get my meds because these people are incompetent.
